Solventis is a major chemical solvent supplier and one of the largest producers of coolants, antifreeze, brake fluids and aircraft de-icing fluids in Europe. From our state-of-the-art, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Antwerp, we produce a wide range of automotive products in bulk that we distribute across the globe.
Solventis is also a major producer of aircraft de-icing fluids through our subsidiary Kilfrost Europe Limited. These products are produced in-house in our bespoke facility in Antwerp.
Our specialist export division operates alongside and delivers high-quality chemicals to customers in Africa, the Americas, Middle East and Asia.

State of the Art Chemical Distribution Centre
In 2015 our purpose built, state of the art blending, storage, packing, and distribution facility was created in the port of Antwerp, Belgium. This still stands out today as a truly exceptional facility which enables us to bring our European site operations together under one roof and ensures standards of quality, efficiency, safety and environmental awareness we feel are second to none.

In 2016, Solventis was awarded ISO9001:2015 certification from the international auditing body SGS, an accomplishment we feel reflects the level of quality and professionalism we are constantly striving to achieve and maintain throughout our operation. This was followed in 2018 by ISO 14001:2015 demonstrating our ongoing and genuine commitment towards the environment. Solventis has also achieved a Cyber Essentials Certificate and an exclusive Licensing Agreement with Kilfrost Group PLC. Solventis are proud to have an exclusive aircraft and de-icing licensing agreement with Kilfrost Group PLC.
Solventis will service the aircraft de-icing customers by way of our 100% affiliate Kilfrost Europe Ltd; a family owned company who are a worldwide leading company for de-icing product development.
Kilfrost has been developing fluids that protect aircrafts since World War II and were the first to use bio-derived glycol for the first eco fluid within the industry and world.
Solventis has an excellent, existing product range including car coolants and brake fluids, therefore joining the aircraft de-icing business is a natural move and we continue to lead as a business while working alongside our fellow major chemical producers, many of which we have a brilliant relationship. INEOS Oxide are a major producer of ethylene and propylene chemically based products in Europe and strongly support our licensing deal with Kilfrost; this gives us great confidence moving forward as one of their regular products is Mono Propylene Glycol (MPG), a critical raw material for de-icing fluids.
Our aircraft de-icing products are produced in our state of the art, purpose built facility in Antwerp and can be supplied as required in full bulk tankers, isotanks, full containers of drums or IBCs.
