Compliance with crucial safety standards
The European standard EN15154 Parts 2 and 5, and the internationally recognised ANSI Z358.1-2014 standard recommend performance requirements for industrial eye wash units and emergency safety showers. They are focused on the performance, use, installation, testing, maintenance and training of this essential safety equipment and while not legally binding it is considered best practice to adhere to them in order to remain compliant.
